Chris has a strong track record demonstrating measurable results within 3PL, Healthcare and retail environments. He has a wealth of experience gained on numerous large change management projects and start-ups. This includes change in logistics providers, implementation of new processes & procedures, implementation & optimisation of IT systems and leading & developing teams.
Brodie Mcmillan
Brodie is a Senior Level Executive with 30+ years experience across the FMCG sector and a solid track record of leading large-scale logistics and supply chain fucntions for companies with multi-million pound turnovers. Brodie is well-versed in implementing strategies which streamline complex large scale operations for maximum productivity and cost savings. Strong ability in working at board level to develop strategies, plans and targets for organisational development.
